1. Non-Returnable Products

Because of the personal and consumable nature of prescription products, injectables, and related items, all sales of these categories are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. This ensures product integrity, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

2. Eligible Returns (30 Days)

Other eligible products — such as devices, wellness technology, skincare, sealed supplements, and similar items — may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase, provided they meet all of the following conditions:

Item is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Item has not been used, opened, or altered in any way.
A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise required by law. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; Protocol⁴ is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Warranty for Devices & Machines

Certain devices and machines may be covered by a one-year limited warranty, clearly stated at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. It does not cover:

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function
